My main bike is a first generation Tracer that I've had for ages; although some of the components on it are even older than the frame as I'm tight and only tend to upgrade something when it breaks.
I still really like the bike but I've seen a good buy on an Intense 5.5 frame which would take most of the components off the Tracer.
Most reviews of the 5.5 bang on about the steep headtube angles, but the old Tracer is steeper than the 5.5 anyway so that doesn't really bother me.
So is it worth a punt for an extra 1.5" of travel and VPP?

5.5 is not a good ride- too twitchy. get a new tracer instead- been a few on fleabay recently cheapish
