Recently bought a used 6.6 which needed some TLC so got it resprayed in Candy Red (as near to Intense Works Red as I could get).
Looks lovely, really pleased with the colour..

Just bought a Rockhopper frame cheap (£10) to build up which, too, needs some TLC.

Question is:
Do I choose a standard Specialized colour?
Choose a different colour?
Go Candy red to start a fleet?

You're not thinking about Chris Evans are you - spends a lot of money buying Ferraris then spends a lot of money getting each one painted white?

No, both needed stripping and re-painting. I wanted an original colour for the Intense and the red was, by far, the best colour. And I've not spent a lot of money...Intense was £300, Spec £10. I know a painter who did the 6.6 for an 8 pack of Guiness, probably the same for the Spec..
