I’m looking for a frame bag to fit my Ragley Marley. The length along the top tube would be 30cm with 20cm perpendicular distance to the downtube at the far end?
Does such a thing exist?

description says 50cm, but it's the text for the 6L bag. worth investigating. You can get cheaper (or not more expensive) made to measure from Alpkit, Aiguille, restrap and others.
There's this too (2.5L) might need some squishing: https://www.apidura.com/shop/backcountry-full-frame-pack/ £138 quid though!
Cheap option from Lomo. bit long, but should squish at the pointy end. Might be worth a try if you don't mind trying and returning. https://www.lomo.co.uk/products/bike-frame-dry-bag/
The Lomo bag is great but would be too long (I've already been to the garage to measure mine 😀)
There are a few cheaper, smaller bags on Amazon etc, including Vaude.
Another option would be to fit a Gorilla Cage and then use an appropriately sized dry bag. I used that on my Occam a few times.
@nedrapier I’ve measured up for the Ortlieb and it won’t fit.
if you need, Apidura has print out templates for all their frame bags/packs so you can test and an interactive system also.
Templates are in the specification tab for each bag
this one (2.5l) is 29cm long:

This one is 30cm long:

You'll probably find it's not the length that's the stumbling block.
Rather the angle of the join between the top and down tubes that causes fit issues with anything off the shelf.
You might also find if you have one custom built that you can hardly get anything in it anyway due to un usable areas as they're so small.
Alpkit do a custom bag, I got one made for my Scandal - just sent them a cardboard template.
They'll do ANY size with loads of options - highly recommended.
^^ was about to say Alpkit do custom ones. Had one when I gravelised my old Soda and it was spot on.
@kramer did you end up finding a bag that fits?
I am looking for one for my Marley as well
Just been looking for one for my Big Al. Still no luck guys?
https://www.camelchopsgear.co.uk/ will sort you out
But, I think really small frames mean very little storage and you may be better adding other / looking at different such as bar bag, seatpack, above top tube etc.
I think you may be right, bag would have to be so small will probably only hold a litre anyway.
This might be worth a go? Fits in the front of my Cotic frames which are a very acute angle, but it's only a half/third frame bag to replace a hip pack really rather than something to pack a days worth of kit in.
Scroll down to the bottom for the frame bags:

Is making me 2 at the moment, one for the very compact cascade frame and the other for a hard tail mtb. Just needed to make a paper template and measure tube circumstances

Yes, I've checked the Apidura 2.5l one and it'll just about fit, however I'm not sure it's worth it to lose my bottle mount for 2.5l of storage.
