So, there's a pile of bits that I can't connect together without a frame and forks to join them up:
Mavic XA wheels - 24mm, 650b, boost, skinny fast Mavic tyres
Microshift 1 x 10 groupset (11-48 cassette) (will need a boost compatible chainset)
Some brakes, nothing flash, just reliable old Maguras
Bars/stem/stem and other such stuff off old bike.
I'm thinking flat bar gravel type thing, rigid forks.
WWSTWD?
Obviously a fairly low end build, nothing expensive and carbon titanium dream bike.

Ah yes, forgot about Sonder. Many Gravel themed frames seem to be non-boost, so these might work out.
