long research here but still can't find a frame with these specs:

- alu or steel
- clearance for at least 1.9" tyres
- drop bar geo (or short reach)
- low BB (>=65mm)
- cheap

Genesis Vagabond ticks all box but the new white color really sucks.
I'm not considering AWOL.

Wilier have just released something.
Van dressed wtf
Salsa have some options
Kona sutra
Cotic escapade
Pinnacle arkose
Charge plug
Surely lht or straggler

Some might not fit requirements. Been looking as well. Tyre size is the hardest. Was all set on a Transition rapture until i realised it only had one set of Bottle bases.

Last year's Vagabond? Nice blue colour or purple frame only and seems to be in the sale, although only in the larger sizes. Stooge with dirt drops?

Awol's certainly seem to fit the bill, but I've never actually managed to find one in the flesh so to speak 🙁

Why not the AWOL?

Seems to be exactly what you described

I need this only for local commuting. I already have a carbon forked Fargo, but too expensive and eye catching for this job.

can't believe after all the success of Fargo still nobody offers a cheaper alternative
