The 3 position lever on my triad shock is now 0 position - just spins freely without clicking into place. It seems to be stuck in the fully open position with no lockout. I've contacted loco tuning and just waiting for a call back but was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, if it was DIY fixable and if not how much the repair cost.
