Fox experts - is it possible to reduce the travel of a Fox Transfer post by say 5mm? Mine is a 125mm and is literally right on the limit of length due to frankly silly design of the seat tube on my Trek.

I can just about get away with it but don’t want it rubbing against the frame inside.

You mean to stop it dropping so far?

I suppose you could clamp something round it just under the seatclamp.

Assuming he means to reduce the overall length when fully extended..

Give mojo a call and they will be able to advise..

Oh wait.

Ah. I was pulled in by the remark about "rubbing against the frame inside". I assumed that meant when fully dropped it might hit a bend in the frame?

No.

I asked that very question of Mojo a few months ago.

Try and find a thinner saddle. Same outcome, less hassle :).
