I need one of these for the remote cable pulley on my rear shock.
Fox website says size is M3 x 4mm.
Does anyone know the thread pitch? Hoping it's 0.5mm.

The other grub screw (019-01-101) in the exploded diagram says standard (metric) M3 x 0.5mm x 4mm.
You could always try it to check.

I should have said.......it's a 2014/15 Fox Float CTD. The service instructions from Fox have a big red 'NO' to removing the other screw unless you're reversing the remote.
I'll look at what you suggested as an option.
