Got a rebound issue with my Fox Float evol shock. The rebound knob just spins when you turn it counter-clockwise (faster rebound), and there are only six or seven 'clicks' going back the other way (manual says there should be 11). If you leave it in this free-spinning position, there is a noticeable clunk about a third of the way through the travel. Moving it a couple of clicks makes it compress smoothly again.
Clearly something's come adrift somewhere - is this something anyone else has encountered/fixed?
It's still within warranty.
Bump for the evening crowd.
If under warranty, send it away. Not sure what your dilemma is here, if you go poking about inside they might not honour the warranty.
****ed, send it back

I am pretty resigned to warranty, just checking in case there was something simple I'd overlooked which would save me losing the bike for a few weeks, that's all.
I'm not going to dig around in it, that's for sure!
buy a cheap shock to keep you on the bike if you dont want to be without
As a follow up to this, good service from Silverfish to report - sent it on Saturday afternoon, turned up 10 minutes ago with an 'anti-clunk' assembly fitted, whatever that is!
Thanks to Storm Ciara, didn't even miss a ride!
It means they've attached the rebound assembly back onto the shaft properly 😉
