Any ideas on how to find an ID code for a Fox shock when the sticker is no longer on the shock itself? I bought a secondhand Orange Five which came with Fox Factory suspension front and rear and I want to try the Fox iPhone app for baseline setup. The forks have an ID label but the shock seems to be missing. Lots of searching last night but I couldn't find a way of reverse engineering the shock to its ID.
I will try Orange themselves to see if they have this info but thought I would ask here first.
Anyone? Surely I can't be the only person out there without an ID code sticker on their shock?
I may be wrong but only the last two or so years will work in that calculator. I tried it with my older shocks on my 06 enduro and it brought nothing up.
I have 2014 forks and I don't think the app supported them. A friend had some 2012 or 2013 and those worked.
Should work with anything from 2013 I understand. My BMC is 2013 and it's fine with the forks and shock on this. The forks on the Orange have an ID code and it recognises this.
I've email both Orange and Mojo tonight to see if they can help.
