Just looking at servicing a couple of my Fox forks.

Had a quick look at the oil volume chart here.

Anyone know what the difference is between green 10wt and red 10wt oil?

I would guess that one is specifically for damping (contains anti-foaming stuff) whereas one is better for keeping stuff lubed.

Green 10 wt replaces the 'old 7wt' Viscousity differs from brand to brand of oil.
Other brands of oil are ok to use but stick to big name brand such as Motul, Fuch, silkolene, castrol e.t.c
I use Motul.
