Basically SKF ones are lower stiction but with slightly higher maintenance (some say they trap larger grit particles at the seal / stanchion join more than standard / enduro). Enduro ones are more fit-and-forget but with slightly higher stiction (some say they kill stanchions more than standard / SKF seals).

SKF come with a foam ring / oil seal / wiper and Enduros are just the oil seal / wiper - which is a better system IMHO.

Without trying them theres no real way to tell which you'd prefer. I'd say in order SKF -> standard -> enduro but YMMV! Lots of enduro fanbios though.

^^ the stiction thing about Enduros was the regarding the older design, it's not noticeable on the new ones

Fair enough, that could be why there are more happy enduro seal owners around recently.

Just changed my old seals for the SKF ones and I'm very happy with them. I presumed they were a bit of an upgrade on the Enduro ones, and they feel really good with very little stiction. Worth the extra few quid in my opinion.

The SKF's I fitted feel much better than the standard Fox seals they replaced.

SKF are leaders in bearing and seals, I'd trust them more than Enduro I would say.
