Doable? Sensible? Stupid question but I assume reducing the travel also reduces the AC length?
If not, is there an alternative slightly burliest ST 29er fork for the clumsy, overweight, unskilled XC rider?
You can drop a 36 down to 100mm if you're so inclined so the 34 will be possible. I'd speak to TF, they will know for sure.
100 and 110mm replacement air shafts are available:
820-02-543-KIT - Air Shaft Assy, 2019, 34 SC, 100mm, FLOAT LC NA 2
820-02-542-KIT - Air Shaft Assy, 2019, 34 SC, 110mm, FLOAT LC NA 2
Speak to Silverfish UK who are Fox UK!
Is there anyone from Silverfish on here? I could have sworn there was but the user search function is in hiding.
Next question - am I, as a slow, unfit trail bimbler, going to notice the difference between 'Factory' and 'Performance'? (I assume the answer is 'no')
