Went for a ride today on my bike which has a Fox RP2, found that it feels a bit sticky when going slowly but fine when moving faster and then on grabbing it it seems to 'knock' when the ProPedal is in the on and the mid positions but not the 'off' position.
Has anyone got any ideas what this might be and is this service time?

you haven't mentioned how long you have had it? most suspension bits need servicing after not many rides/ hours or milage... it certianly won't do any harm even if it new

They're due a service every 12 to 18 months, probably a gs leak internally causing the issues.
