Since getting my Lappy I have been slowly creeping up the pressure in my shocks and forks as I have become more confident and grabbing a little airtime.
I recently downloaded FOXs' IRD app and thought id give it a go. Here are my settings before and after I got the App. These settings are based on my ladened 93kg of weight.

Fork:
Air Pressure 100 PSI
Rebound Damping 12 Clicks
Shock:
Air Pressure 170 PSI
Rebound Damping Unknown factory standard?
After the App
Fork:
Air Pressure 125 PSI
Rebound Damping 8 Clicks
Shock:
Air Pressure 180 PSI
Rebound Damping 9 Clicks
I'm gonna take it our for a blast tomorrow and see how much this has changed the ride.
