I have been trying to work out which glove size i am. My hand length is 188mm and my girth is 210mm. What sizes do people have any advice would be great.

Hand measure should be taken around the fullest part of the hand not including the thumb. If right handed, use right hand.
the sizing seems to have changed this year too to further complicate things..
i've been a Fox large 10 for the past ten years...
this year they where way too big and i'm now wearing a medium..
best bet is to try them on...
buy the two pairs nearest your size (from CRC or somewhere else with free returns..) and then send the pair back that don't fit.. or go to a shop that sells them..
