First timer, fox fork 34 full service earlier today. Took ages but possibly all complete. I've not setup and ridden so hard to say for certain at this stage but two things I am unsure about if anybody has any pervious and can help?

1 Seal Fittment

My seals went on very easily, to the point where I am doubtng they are seated correctly. They look OK, and I put the forks back together and added air, they feel smooth but I didn't inspect the old ones enough to say that the fitment looks the same. Has anybody had this too and if they aren't seated correctly when would I usually be able to tell?

2 Crush Washers

I ordered the kit from TF Tuned which came with 3 slightly different crush washers, whereas the crush washers that I had removed were two of the same. Does anybody know whether I can re-use an old crush washer as the kit only had 1 washer that resmebled the ones I had removed. Alternativly does anybody know what TF are suggesting with their kits as I couldn't find much onfo on their site about them. The images on the site clearly show the crush washer that I had recieved so they have presumably have sent me what they believe to be the washers I need.

Thanks
James

Can you look at a picture online of where the seals should be seated? If they're not seated properly then they would likely pop out when the fork rebounds after a compression. They generally sit in line with the top of the lowers and would be obvious if they weren't fully in place. I've not serviced my 34's yet but I've had seals with other forks go in easily and not had issues.

With the crush washers, I've reused them before without issue. As long as you've torqued the nut/bolt correctly they should be fine.
