I have a Fox fork (2014 Evolution Series 32 FLOAT 29 O/C CTD), and the lockout isn't fully working. It will lock sort of, but pushing on the forks just with a bit of body weight, or any decent bump, will have them travel an inch or so. This didn't used to happen.
I do store the bike vertically (not upside down), and did try the "back off the rebound completely and cycle the forks a few times" trick but no luck.
Any other ideas, or time to send off for a service?
Evo dampers are "non serviceable". (Fox dont, TF Tuned dont).
There is some DIY stuff online;
