I'm going to have to service my first forks since replacing elastomers in a set of RC35s *gulp*

I need new seals and oil etc, and upon googling/ebaying, seems to be quite a price range. 2008 120 floats if it makes any difference, but I don't think it does.

Quite simply, any recommendations from where to buy?

Ta.

I bought a TFTuned kit last January. New seals, oils and lube etc....

Followed one of the many YouTube videos and it was very easy 🙂

Mine are 2008 Fox 32mm 140 travel FLOATS.

Ta - are they just all the same schizzle then, no matter where you get it from? TF tuned seems expensive!

Do the kits contain the same stuff? Wiper seals and foam rings are probably the same, fox ones normallyncome in their own fox bag from memory.

Ebay for the SKF seals and foam rings, about £20.
Oil, you'll need about 200ml for 2008 floats IIRC, 160ml in the damper leg, 30 in the spring leg. I usually put a little more in there just because.
5ml in the air chamber.
Get some IPA (Iso Propyl Alcohol) and some clean rags for cleaning off stuff.
You'll also need a 28mm(??) flat faced socket to undo the top bits.
There are 3 TINY allan bolts and small ball bearings that hold on the lockout lever, be careful not to lose them!
