.. for me!

about 13/13.5 stone with pack on. I've got it at about 90 psi at the mo. Not had an air sprung fork before so any real world experience welcome

Ride it...feels too soft,put more air in.Feels too hard,let some out.Simples.

Don't measure the pressure, measure the sag that you get on the fork when you are standing up on the bike in an 'attack' position.

Typical sag settings range between 20 - 33% of total fork travel, depending on personal preference and riding type

As above, set the sag, then play around with the pressure until it feels ok. 5psi increments up or down once the sag has been set.
Im about 16.5st and I have 85psi in my 140mm Float 32s.
