The lockout is not fully locking out. When lockout is on they stiffen up a bit but still move 35-40mm.
They have to correct amount of oil in & 100psi in them.
Apart from the lock out they are 100% working and fell really smooth.
Any ideas?

put on full slow rebound and cycle 10 to 15 times to bleed any air out damper, if this doesn't work the base valve assm. needs some attention as it's not shutting off fully in lockout mode
