Hi guys I have one of these for my bottlerocket and want to know is it just a downhill specific shock like some reviews state or is it ok to use for normal single track / forest riding which is the most extreme riding the bike sees? If its too much shock for my usage what could I replace it with if I sold it ? It's a non kashima model if that makes any difference ? Thanks
