Not noticing a dramatic difference between settings - descended on climb without it feeling bad and not as firm as I'd like climbing even set to 3.

What are others finding?

Feels great - just think I'll end up running it in trail all the time

Played with the stuff on the missus ltc. C is very definite t and d not si. General rule is t unless it's dh really.

Is it the kashima one or evolution one? The kashima one isn't as noticeable difference in climb mode compared to the evolution version, still way stiffer than decent or trail mode mind

The 1,2,3 setting in trail mode will only effect the trail mode, ie 3 won't make climbing stiffer on climb mode it will only affect the trail setting not the climb or descend modes

Is this a fork or a shock?
My CTD forks on my Canyon lasted one ride before all compression and rebound damping disappeared.

Mojo Turned it around in 3 days though from door to door which was brilliant service. Canyon are refunding the postage costs.

There is now a marked difference in the settings where as first ride out on them there was only a vague difference and second ride out the fork was like a pogo stick.

My ctd talas 34 are a bit duff I think.
The ctd dial does not have a click to tell when it's in c t d
But you can turn it far enough to give full lock out.

Think they are going to have to go back as today they are just
Blowing through there travel

It's the kashima rear shock. Sounds as if I should have rtfm'd. Set to 3 would expect trail and climb to be similar.

Given I left it on climb for two of today's big descents ill just be leaving it on T from now on.

I leave mine in trail, setting 1 on a switch link bike. Feels fine. Don't miss the oodles of different adjustments, I tend to set & forget.

Shock works well, the suspension system gives enough of a platform to stop pedal bob, and the shock in trail mode gives me enough compression to stop it blowing through the travel.

Bottom it out occasionally, normally when i'm doing something stupid...

I keep bottoming mine out too, usually from as little as a decent bunny-hop?!...time for a homemade shim me thinks...can't say I notice a huge difference between mine and the £80s econd-hand RP2 it replaced. I think I may have fallen for marketing BS!

My Fox Triad was replaced with a Kashima CTD, the difference is night and day.

I've set the dial to 2 and mainly flick between climb and trail, in my opinion a brilliant bit of kit; the only draw back is the bling bling look at me gold colour.

I was just reading the latest issue of a German mountain bike magazine 'BIKE' and the Fox forks broke during the test. The bike was 2013 Lapierre Zesty 314 with Talas FIT forks. The Fox evolution forks are also failing.I guess everyone buying a new bike should expect to ship CTD to Mojo.
