Can anyone tell me where I can get some bushes for a VAN R rear shock?
Someone said I could get them from a local bearing supplier, but wouldnt know where to find one of those, or what part to ask for.

TF Tuned, Mojo, Loco Supsension, J-Tech or any suspension specialist will be able to supply your a bushing

The size you'll need is 12.7 mm (1/2") for any fox shock.

As for local bearing supplier, try the yellow pages....and ask for a 12.7 mm (1/2") bushing!

PS, have read the links, and got the answer, just repeating here for anyone else:

You're right ... "its a 1/2in DU bush if its a fox, manitou and rockshox are different metric sizes" 1/2 in = 12.7mm

Also, BETD, TF tuned or 'local bearing supplier' (whatever _that_ is)!

or use a couple of socket, though the tool is much easier to use.

Sorry had to pop out, hense the hurried links...

as for the local bearing suppliers... try this but replace "stourbridge" for your local town..
