Just in the process of a new build (Cove STD). I've always had Fox forks on my burlier bikes, but quite a lot of Cove STD owners seem to have Totems. I know the quality of Fox's, but should I change to the Totems on this one? Interested in thoughts from anyone that has them/ridden them 🙂

I'm beginning to worry that I might be coming accross as Alfabus's own personal stalker today, as I seem to be following him around from thread to thread frantically agreeing with him about everything! 😆

edit: loving the little brother version of the RC3ti and seriously thinking about grabbing some of those 66s.

I bought 2nd hand Solo air totems off here about a year ago, just had to change the seals but no problems otherwise.

Veering wildly off topic...
Getting spookier by the minute, just noticed Alfabus posted on the FM thread about Sqeezebox and NAS.
Guess what I spent last week setting up on my homeserver? 😯

Help! My identity's been stolen or I've got a twin.

I had air totems, which were fine until I went to the Alps, now running Fox 36 180mm Vanilla and they're in a different league.

I've got the 180 Van, and it's incredibly smooth. Much better than my 36 Float. You could also consider the Lyrik coil 170?

Don't forget to check out the warranty on the marzocchis - My 55 RC3 Ti's have a 3 year no maintenance warranty. Try that with Fox!!

@Ecky - your posting history does look spookily similar to mine; we should maybe get a room and stop bothering these nice people with our man-love though 😯

Actually, I had considered changing mine to coil, totem seals are big and must be stictiony compared to springs. Mine have 75psi iirc.

They fell apart...

I would go Marz 66 Ti's.....incredible...incredible for.. A bit weightier than the fox if weight is an issue

I got a new pair off eBay Germany for £380 incl delivery (coil version)! That kind of swung it for me in the end 🙂
