~I've had these forks since 2008 but of late it seems I need to put only 40psi in them to obtain the right sag (25%) I'm not light at 230lbs either
Up until now I have always run them at about 80psi
Cant get my head round it....
Do they need more or less fluid? (never serviced them myself), last service was on the lowers and seals about 10 months ago
Is this normal???

Air seal on piston maybe leaking allowing oil into the air chamber which'll make the spring 'ramp up' alot more and result in you not needing so much air pressure.
Can you get full travel if you let all the air out?

I will check Loco.
I have noticed that there is some yellow fluid leakage when reducing the air pressure without a shock pump - Is this what you are referring to?
