Does anyone know whether changing the travel on a Fox 36 180mm TALAS R reduce the axle to crown height?

Or does the height remain the same regardless of travel setting?

I'm guessing the fact I can't find an answer on the Fox website means it's the latter...

Check out the guide on how to fit spacers - assuming it's the same as the 32mm forks. I think it effectively causes the fork to hit the top out sooner which would reduce the A2C height.

Reduces the height however much you reduce the travel

It's the change-travel-on-the-fly-with-a-lever version. I want 140mm short forks on the way up but slack-as-you-like 180mm monsters on the way down!

Might be looking for something that doesn't exist.

Apologies - wrong end of stick. I was thinking you wanted to reduce the 180 down to 170 or 160 (and yes I can think of a reason why I'd want to do that)
