Can anyone tell me if I require a 26mm top cap socket/spanner or a 28mm one for a fox factory 34 top cap (to allow removal/addition of volume spacers)?

My 2018 Fox 34 PE is 26mm. Can't see it getting larger in later years.

Can't you just measure it? If you don't have some vernier calipers and it's tricky with a ruler, gauge the flats with a vice, little g clamp or locking pliers etc. and measure that gap.Â
