Think its about time i gave my 32's some TLC. Thing is ive never tinkered with forks before. What weight fluid should i be using for a 14 stone dude and how much ? Forks are Fox 32 Float RL 140mm ..

Oil vols, here.

Fully synthetic 10WT suspension specific oil would work nicely, from a 'big name' suppier such as Motul, Castrol, silkolene, Fuchs etc

Cheers loCo

Think i will remove lowers with bike in the stand and do the seals etc then flip it upside down to refit them. Im prob being a numpty but i can see which are my fork on the fox chart! So how much oil would be required in each leg?

Actually, i may as well order all the necessary stuff off of your good self.
