I've got a set of these with v v low miles & want to up the travel to 140/150mm....I know it can be done....but what's it likely to cost me? Anyone else had it done?
Fox's site doesn't show anything but a 160mm CSU for the 2016 34, so looks like you are good to go to anything up to that with what you have.
Some 2016 had an internally adjustable air shaft, otherwise a new airshaft in your desired length and a new seals/oil and you're g2g.
Some 2016 forks had internal travel adjustment by adding/removing spacers, shotly afterwards they changed the setup so that you needed a new air shaft.
If it's the former, it's drop lowers, remove the air spring, add/remove spacers, (I think it's remove for extending travel) and put it back together, if the latter, it's remove air spring, fit the new onw, job done.
Easiest way to find out is to take the code from the sticker ont he fork, and go onto the Web Chat on the silverfish site, they'll tell you what you need exactly, and sell you the air spring if you need it.
I've done it recently.
Bought a 140mm airshaft:

And some oil to lube the lowers

I used the existing grease from the old airshaft on the new one(there was far too much, taking up about 50% of the volume of the negative air spring)

It's an upgraded "EVOL" spring which has a larger negative air chamber to make the fork feel better.
