After a set of new forks and fancy some travel adjustment.
Noticed you can get a set of 2015 36 TALAS in 180/140mm travel but it turns out these are 26" only. WTF, I thought 26" was dead?
The 650b model only offers 160/130mm.
Alternatively I could give up the travel adjust and get Floats in 170mm but slightly annoying the 26" line up is better than the 650b.
Anyone know if there will be a 180/140mm in 650b from Fox?
As far as I know 170mm is the Max in 650b

If the 170's had travel adjust that would be perfect but they don't.

You can get 180mm 36's in 650b, they come OEM on a couple of bikes, the cube fritz for example. I remember reading somewhere that all you need to do is take a spacer out of the air spring to bring a 170mm model to 180.
This is for floats though, not sure about the TALAS models.
Fox tame the trail, whereas 650b makes it come alive. Oxymoron bike would explode....
If you can pick some of these up they should be ok?
26 is going to be around for ages, smaller wheels are still easier for designers to package in long travel frames.
If I was looking for something in the 160-180mm travel range I wouldn't mind 26inch wheels.
I think bigger wheels come into their own on hardtails and shorter travel bikes.
