Excellent. Agree, hate the insistence on kit to go for a bike ride. a couple of things I think she should have challenged the host on a little more but it's difficult to balance to stop it being another argument.

I get the overall message, I not certain that having a crack at folk who do wear Lycra is perhaps the best way of doing it.

I didn't take it as she was having a go at people wearing lycra, more that cycling in the UK is viewed as this past time where you need to ware lycra and or special kit, which for most riding that most people could be doing, you don't.
