I believe Mr Git is referring to the similarities between the kits above, which are intended to make it easy to tell riders apart in road races.
Looks like they've all been subjected to some kind of 'designer' influence.

Well those kits are from three different teams for 2011 and I was trying to get across how hard it's going to be to tell the difference.
The 'for those of you still watching in black and white, the pink ball is next to the green' or something like that, was a famous snooker commentators quote back when we had B&W tellys.
