I have a week booked near Fort William late May , looking at the websites numerous trails are listed. I am taking my 11 year old son who is quite capable but would be grateful of any route suggestions in the area which may be suitable with children. Thanks
Abriachan has some family friendly trails, with mini bike park. I have never been, but a few folks I know have and thought it good.
Some of the old xc course at Fort William is very much kiddy friendly, with some more challenging parts.
There are some natural rides as well, that may not be single track, but beautiful and away from things.
My eleven yr old minces around the Laggan Reds with me. There's also the Orange for some bike park fun. I'm not sure if the lower red is back open yet though.
