Who's going?
I am thinking of mooching up on the Thursday night to get there for Friday morning.
I have never been before either to ride or to see an event but have promised myself at least one downhill worlds race this year.
I will be in a camper (T5 not huge Winnebago). Does anyone know if I can park for the whole weekend in the 'Rural Complex' car park? I would rather be nearer the action as possible and don't mind sleeping in a car park.

Fair enough. I don't want to get the sort of reception that Farage got on his last visit.

Who?

How many are you and how tidy are you?

Isn't Farage the UKIP guy that got a frosty reception last week for being an English man (albeit an unpleasant one) in 'local' Scotland.

Just the 2 of us, me and a mate (to be confirmed, I don't think I will bother if I am on my own, its a very long drive from Hampshire). Both as tidy as can be. The only dirt the missus allows in the house is woodland mud, which was in the pre nuptial.

I have nothing against security being around if it means the van is safe as a result and I don't plan on blagging the car park. I would like to park up Friday morning and not have to start the van up again till racing finishes on Sunday while still being as close as possible.

Yup, but he got a frosty reception for being a right wing ****.

We'll be there with our pumptrack. Come along and challenge our secret mountain bike racer, The Stag. Or race each other, its all good fun. Hoping its one of those world cups when sunscreen is needed more than the waterproofs.

why not park the t5 at glen nevis campsite and ride the short distance to the range on your bike! then walk into town for a beer in the evening. beats hanging out with all the pikeys in a field in torlundy!
