Hi guys,

I've eventually tracked down the cause of my leaky ORO k18 and it turns out to be the breather hole in the clamp...pissing dot fluid over my bars....sneaky little bugger!

Anyone had this issue with a knackered diaphragm too? Could i have damaged it whilst bleeding the brakes?

Thanks

If you can find the exact part you need on the parts diagram them silverfish may be able to help you out. If they try to sell you a ton of parts go to formula direct. They were very helpful when i needed a couple of small parts to keep my brakes happy. I used the email address on their site.

Yes it's a common problem / fault
Mine did the same and ruined a set of very expensive carbon bars, I ditched the brakes shortly after, spares where next to impossible to get hold of (pre silverfish)

It's quite often a problem on those, with bits of the diaphragm falling down into the master cylinder..
You should be able to get a spare diaphragm, but I think they do a cut price upgrade to a newer brake if that doesn't fix it.
