What do people think of the deals direct from Formula

http://store.formula-brake.com/special_offers

Would the K18 still be comparable with the latest RX, Shimano XT or other current model brakes.

Everyone seems to claim there brakes improve year on year but is this detectable out on the trail?

I got 'the one' a few weeks ago for 180euros. They're great.

Beware of hose lengths and if they've got flip-flop levers (euro set-up etc)

The direct deals are amazingly cheap compared to list prices elsewhere.

Yep, the RX now covers the old K18s and K24s. I had K18s for a while, not bad brakes. I've done the same as blobonastick and got the ones but they cost £200 including P&P. Yet to ride them yet though.

K24 is a lot better than current XT or any of the Juicys or Elixirs I've used. More power, excellent feel, huge durability/reliability. I always say the same thing here, I had mine deathgripped on for the entire descent of the fort william world cup dh route, I doubt there was more than 10 seconds all the way down when I didn't have at least one brake dragging, and it took me a very long time to reach the bottom  My hands were destroyed but the brakes didn't even seem to notice.
