If I changed my current forks which have a Qr15 axle and replaced them with some that had a 20mm thru-axle, what else would I need to budget for? I presume I'd need a new hub but are there conversion kits etc?
Cheers

One thing to watch is caliper spacers, it'd be quite annoying to fit up your shiny new forks and go to attach the caliper and find that your new ones are PM and all your brackets are IS.

as NW says; check the mount on your new fork. Some 20mm forks are direct 180mm Postmount, which could mean a new disc (if you have 160 atm) Pikes are still IS afaik

what fork, brake and hub do you have now
what fork are you thinking of getting

Hi - I've currently got a 2009 Marzocchi 44 Tst2 on a 2009 KHS XCT555. Not 100% sure what the hub is, all it says in the spec doc is: "Alloy disc ft, Shimano disc rr,QR".

Possibly looking at replacing with a 2006 Marzocchi 66.

Cheers

No you can't get a conversion then. You'll need a new hub.
Current forks are post mount, as are 66s, although on the RC2X I'm basing this it says 8" setup so you may need a new disc depending on disc size.
