Hard title to decipher sorry.

Looking at a 650b frame that isn't listed as plus but takes up to 2.6" rear. It's a hardtail.

I have some of those cheap fox 34s that are 29er/plus.

Frame lists as being around a 42 rake rock shox with a 535 axle crown and 140mm forks.

My forks are 540 axle crown and 130mm travel with 51 rake.

So if I took the plunge and went for it, would it ride badly? Might slacken head angle very slightly and perhaps raise bottom bracket a minuscule amount.

I'll be running 2.5" 650b wheel in front.

Thoughts?

5mm difference in the a/c is next to bugger all - it’ll make no discernable difference - not to head angle or bb height.
More offset will lighten the steering a little but unless you can do an A/B test you’ll never know by how much. My opinion is it’ll be fine...
