Nothing. I believe you have died.

I have no direct knowledge but I depress the lever see if I can lift it, then rebleed.

If still no go, then to Loco! (thought he sounds to have gone quiet but he may be willing to advise as I'm sure he knows the symptoms and his knowledge is vast)

rebleed it. if the poppet valve isn't activating to allow the post to move up or down you've still got air in there.

I'm fairly sure when I sorted out a Reverb in the same situation for a ridding buddy, I connected a half full syringe to the lever and pressurised it, then pressed the lever to raise the post. Once it was at the full height, re-bleed as per Sram's instructions.

the main reasons reverb wont work after a bleed is that you haven't screwed the speed adjuster out on the trigger when you bleed it. if you don't do that when you bleed there wont be enough oil in the system to push the poppet valve up and down

It won't make any difference to the bleed whether it is extended or not - you just haven't got the bleed right! 😉

Just repeat the bleed.

Hmm, tried a re-bleed a few times and still no movement.

Have you wound the adjuster out as suggested above?
Bleed it and then wind it in again.

Sorted!
Took the hose off the seatpost end, flushed the oil through from the remote to make sure there were no big air bubbles, re-connected the hose, bleed and jobsagoodun 🙂

Been through this pain myself and still find it difficult to do. RS instructions are useless for this. Various videos are better though they vary. Seems you need to be winding the adjuster out and in multiple times, bleed again, and again, and the final key bit push syringe and lever in, then let go of lever while still pushing syringe.

Fail to do that and I find the seat won't move at all.

Even then when I get it working it's not as fast as it should be and won't move at all unless it's on fast setting.

Weirdest of all is each time I go ride, it slows down and may stop working entirely. Get it home and it seems to work again. Huh? !

Thinking lever is a bit knackered though. Was looking at just replacing it but seems you have to buy the lever and hose kit for £80+ !! There is a service kit though but not sure that would do it or how to pull apart a lever to do it.

Stealth though. All mine are non-stealth Reverbs.

Plus half the price of a new Reverb.

If it starts working again without doing anything, it sounds like you haven't got all of the air out - you need to push quite a lot of oil through from remote to post (and vice versa) to make sure you have pushed all of the air out.

The oil is somewhat temperature sensitive, so if the remote operation is marginal in a warm house, say (which it sounds like yours is, as it will only work on full fast), it will stop completely in the cold - the 'speed adjuster' can be used to compensate for this.

(Oh, and make sure the air pressure is OK).
