Went over to the forest yesterday and a little warning to any who are entering. Get practising on wet roots on muddy corners (and not on flat ground either).
It was great fun slip sliding around but I reckon there will be a crash or two come race day.
We were riding what we and many others there believed was the track for the 6th dec. Suitable start area and joined in nicely to the bottom of the "main" track. Some of the corners fit in with the words of billy trailstar from dirt mag wrote
It’s a new trail Matt, which joins the switch back berms just above the bottom table, had a roll of it last weekend…lots of ace off camber corners
He should have said "ace off camber with roots corners"
No doubt riding there again soon. Definitely need practise on this one.
