I get a little discomfort around the front of my 5th metatarsals of both feet when cycling since moving to clipless pedals. It's not stopped me riding and I can put up with it, but it's something I'd like to sort out.
Before I hunt down a bike fit specialist in my area is there anything I can try myself? I've tried every cleat position I can think of and it doesn't make any difference to be honest!

Do you mean your little toe hurts
Only footballers have metatarsals
