There's a nice section of jumps, hips & drops in this video of the Forest of Dean. It's the bit from 0.22 to 0.43.

They are very near the car park. If you head from the carpark to the trails turn left and there is the 'quarry' area.

FoD is good fun freeridenick, lots of tracks with an easy push up.
Lots of variety too since they built some jump lines last summer.
Definitely worth a trip.
