I've built my girlfriend a nice inbred up using the 14" frame but with a flat bar and 6º rise stem flipped so it's negative her bars are still higher than her seat even with the forks sagged, her seat is at the right height with her legs extended she has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at the 6 o clock. i've found a 30º rise stem and want to use that flipped to drop her bars so she can climb better but not sure how it might affect the handling or not ? Any help would be appreciated..Thanks. .

she sounds tiny.

just teach her not to pull up on the bars (pull back if at all)
