Got a Gobi and the fabric is coming away from the plastic shell. Anybody had any success in making it stick back down and what would be the best glue?
It's carbon reinforced which must mean they just added some soot to the plastic moulding....
Dunno, but if you think it's a warranty worthy issue, Fizik has an online process where you can send them an image and description of your issue direct. I broke a carbon-railed Gobi and they warrantied it, no problem.
I had exactly the same issue a couple of years ago after the material came away at the rear underside of my Gobi.
I sent mine back to the supplying shop and they replaced it with a brand new saddle.
I've had a few Gobi's since and all have been faultless.
Give the shop a call and see what they say.
