One of the few jobs on my bikes I've not touched myself has been truing wheels and replacing spokes. Is this simple, or do I need lots of expensive new tools?
I need to:
Re-dish a wheel
Replace some spokes on a Mavic 819 UST rim
Sort the spoke tension on a couple of wheels.
dan where you based?
Get Roger Musson's book 'Professional Guide to Wheel Building'
Fozzy - East Sussex.
Thanks - just bought the book. A bit of light bedtime reading coming up.
It is an excellent book, well worth the money.
