One of the few jobs on my bikes I've not touched myself has been truing wheels and replacing spokes. Is this simple, or do I need lots of expensive new tools?

I need to:
Re-dish a wheel
Replace some spokes on a Mavic 819 UST rim
Sort the spoke tension on a couple of wheels.

Thanks for the thought, Fozzy. Yes, I reckon I'll build something like that too.
