I need to run the cable from my xt shifters to both mechs.
I have bought a 10m roll of sp41 outer casing and now need to get the outer end caps but not 100% sure what I need.
For the front mech I think I need these,
Sp40 sealed outer end caps with tongues and shields for the three frame cable stops, two on the top tube and one on the seat tube.

But am I right in thinking I also need a sealed end cap without tongues for where the casing goes into both shifters.
And an aluminium sealed end cap for where the casing goes into the cable stop on the rear mech, does this have a tongue or not and does it need a rubber on the other side of the cable stop on the rear mech.
I hope this made sense.
You'll be needing ferruls too (end caps)
