So this kona stinky https://www.pinkbike.com/product/kona/Stinky/
has a 1.5 headtube. How do you get a tapered fork in there?
I can see it will fit the bottom cup, but is there such a thing as a top cup reducer?
Yeah they were really common back in the day.
I actually have a set of 26" lyrics (I think??) With a charger damper in them if you're after a fork that fits
Cheers, its for a mate he has the forks.
So where can I get this adaptor because I can't find one??
(I say I, because guess who is fitting them)
If it's a 44mm ID head tube you can fit an external 1.5" lower and semi integrated 1 1/8" upper (basically what cotic's run on the FS models).
It's probably a 1.5 headtube. I doubt anyone's making the adapter cups any more. I would trawl ebay. I think the old fsa big fat pig had one available at some point
This took all of 15 seconds to find on ebay..
It’s a 49mm headtube.
This would work but is pretty basic - also might be tricky to get from EU at the moment.

Another budget option

Upper only to pair with any EC49/40.0 lower assembly

Hopefully something that suits budget there?
That eBay one says it’s for a 44mm headtube so won’t work.
