This could well be user error so I'll apologize in advance.
I'm stripping my Pro Carbon and fitting the kit on to the N2A frame however the front mech isn't working as it should. It's an early SRAM Red mech (I don't know if that has any bearing) and where the cable exits the frame, when trying to fit the cable to the mech it fouls the load spring area (please see pic)
I've ordered a new Red mech thinking it may have a 'slimmer' design. But there's something nagging me that I'm being foolish and there;s a simple fix. The mechanic from Planet X store is off at the mo so I thought I'd as you guys.
