I'm thinking leftfield and if so which tape?

What solutions have you used? (or not bothered with anything at all)

just look at them funny

will have the same effect.

spend xyz on bars - wont spend an extra few quid to put them together right.

FWIW ive never used paste at bar interfaces - creak tastic.

just use grease, you won;t die (probably, well at least not from that) as long as you use carbon friendly, non teflon, grease

mental.

btw fibre grip really does help in slipping seatpost situations so for the paranoid it would be good in a bar situation.
